I have also found the kitchen farm double sink very nice for doing dishes and clean up even though it is plastic and not porcelain or stainless steel. The laminate countertops throughout the cottage are easy to clean, appear to be durable, and are attractive as well. Personally I like the double seat shower stall in the bath that has sliding real glass doors and is surprisingly easy to use and clean. The ceiling cut out in the shower can accommodate a person over six feet tall. The water saving porcelain stool and sink in the bath are also very nice both for ease of use and to clean.

Moving them directly into our own homes isn’t often seen as the best next step. Our experience is not cramped or constrained. In fact, we recently rented a large home (around 1800 sq. ft.) for a week. We kept loosing things in all that space.
"The Slab" is a popular place to hang out on the Llano River just upstream from Kingsland. There is plenty of sand for sunbathing, picnics, games, etc. The water is shallow and perfect for wading. It is a great place to bring the children.
Creating a cozy environment can be easy in a small space. Lake LBJ is a "constant level" lake that is popular for boating, waterskiing, fishing and all water sports. We don't have a problem with low water. The lake is 22 miles long and is a boater's paradise. Lake front property with room for the whole family!
